Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, school-based position
Pay Rate: $35$40 per hour, based on experience
Caseload: K12 students (details discussed during the interview)

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Texas Occupational Therapist License
Must meet all local and state certification requirements for school-based practice
Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and support staff
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills
Maintain compliance documentation and track measurable progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
